This is a a recipe for Orange Almond Cake. It’s adapted from the Refrigerator Cake I found on comfybelly.com.
1/2 C honey
1/2 C plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp baking soda
2 C almond flour
1 C orange marmalade
Preheat the oven to 310 degrees F.
Mix yogurt, eggs, honey and vanilla.
Add butter and blend.
Add in 1 tbsp marmalade.
Mix in baking soda and almond flour, blend well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking pan (9 inch round works well)
Bake 35 minutes or until golden!
While still warm, spread the remaining marmalade over the cake, so it melts and sort of glazes the cake.
