I’m unsure about overnight oatmeal. It can be sort of soggy and when I eat it, it is cold. But I try it out from time to time. I like that it is easy, and I like that it will be completely ready when I have to wake up.
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 TBSP dried cranberries
2 TBSP sliced almonds
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover in plastic wrap and leave in the fridge overnight. This was okay.
Also, this week I tried some Trader Joe’s instant oatmeal. I tried the cranberry variety. I liked he sooth creamy texture. It was also nice and not too sweet. Lovely.
