So, you might remember the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal of a few weeks back. With grated apple and cinnamon, well, this is just like that, but with almond butter. I love almond butter, by the way. It puts peanut butter to shame in so many ways!
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup oatmeal
Sprinkle of salt
1 apple, grated
Cinnamon to taste
1 TBSP almond butter
Cook oatmeal in boiling water with a sprinkle of salt. When oatmeal is almost totally cooked, add the apple and almond butter, mix in well until perfectly creamy and remove from heat. This is when you add as much cinnamon as you like. Perfecto? Perfecto!
