Prosecco – I have finally entered that point in life where I want to drink fancy-feeling, bubbly beverages all the time. I’m pretty excited about how classy I’ve become and about Prosecco.
Watermelon and Feta Salad – This has been my favorite snack all summer. SO GOOD! I love the idea of these little bites to kick off a party!
Corn Chowder – I don’t really eat shellfish, so this is my chowder of choice. Summer is when corn is at it’s peak sweetness, which makes it a wonderful treat. Corn chowder is great topped with bacon, chives and leftovers are awesome chilled the next day for lunch.
Plum Tart – New York State is filled with orchards of all sorts, and I never think of summer as complete, unless I get my hands on some local plums. Turning them into a tart is heavenly culinary design.
