It’s official. I’ve started seeing a personal trainer. I am really excited about it.
Late last week I went in for a consultation and did a bunch of fitness tests, talked about my health history and signed up. Today was my first session. I was so happy when I got home knowing that I was doing something really positive for my body.
I have a lot of things I hope to get out of training:
– Looking good
– Being able to run faster
– Fewer colds and illnesses
– Improved posture
– Confidence boost
– Better sleep
– Strong core muscles
I’ll keep you posted on my progress as I move along in this process, but so far, it’s bringing me sore muscles and big smiles. Simple joys, but joys worth every ounce of sweat.
