Making Resolutions Happen

I have many goals for 2015! I actually don’t see them as goals, but as part of my personal commitment to building a healthier, happier life.

Part of my plan for making all the changes I mentioned back in my earlier post is to do them slowly. Each month I will focus on a different element of my overall lifestyle change. By the end of 2015, I’ll have 12 months of steady improvements to reflect on.
