Reflecting on My Gratitude Practice

In 2015, I read and started practicing The Miracle Morning. I saw great improvements in my life, but haven’t been consistent in the practice over the past few years. Now, entering a new chapter of my life and a new decade, I’d like to recommit to finding time each day for cultivating my best self. For me, keeping a gratitude journal to recognize abundance is an important part of cultivating satisfaction and love. I’ve gotten myself a new notebook dedicated to this purpose and I’m reconnecting with the my daily gratitude practice by writing down what I am grateful for each day.
